{"id":221,"date":"2020-02-15T16:16:39","date_gmt":"2020-02-15T16:16:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.breachlan.party\/?page_id=221"},"modified":"2020-02-22T14:04:49","modified_gmt":"2020-02-22T14:04:49","slug":"booking-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.breachlan.party\/index.php\/booking-terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Booking Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When purchasing a ticket for BreachLAN you are agreeing to the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BreachLAN Staff reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets are non-refundable unless the entire event has sold out and your ticket can be re-sold to someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BreachLAN accepts no responsibility for the safety and security of you or your possessions. <strong>It is your responsibility to take measures to protect yourself and your belongings<\/strong> <strong>from harm or loss.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People under the age of 16 may attend the event. All people under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over the age of 18. One adult may supervise a maximum one child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While at BreachLAN you must not be disruptive to our venue, power system, data network or other guests. Being disruptive includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hacking or attempting to hack into any network connected device you do not have explicit permission to access<\/li><li>Actively and deliberately bypassing our internet access controls by use of VPN&#8217;s, Proxies, Tor or any other such service<\/li><li>Excessive use of internet bandwidth<\/li><li>Using another persons computer without authorization, regardless of the reason<\/li><li>Vandalizing other peoples property<\/li><li>Abusing generally relaxed TeamSpeak permissions to cause a nuisance to others<\/li><li>Intentionally or unintentionally spreading malware to other network users<\/li><li>Plugging unauthorized appliances into the electricity distribution network<\/li><li>Excessive alcohol consumption<\/li><li>Blocking escapes or walkways<\/li><li>Making excessive noise when others are sleeping<\/li><li>Excessive noise outside late at night<\/li><li>Use of any illegal substances<\/li><li>Dangerous driving through the local towns<\/li><li>Cheating in any multiplayer games<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequences for being disruptive may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A request to cease the behavior from BreachLAN staff<\/li><li>Being removed from any tournaments or other games<\/li><li>Being banned from local servers<\/li><li>Throttled network speeds<\/li><li>Revoked network access<\/li><li>Ejection from the event without refund<\/li><li>Permanent ban from all future events<\/li><li>Reports made to law enforcement<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You must make a good faith effort to ensure that all your systems are free of malware before connecting them to our network. Intentionally spreading malware will result in serious consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BreachLAN is not responsible for malware infection, data loss, system crashes or any other interruption to regular computer operation caused either while using or as a result of using the BreachLAN network<\/strong>.
